3D Manufacturing and Engineering Solutions
Design, production, 3D scanning, reverse engineering and quality control for automotive and industrial applications — all from one engineering team. Whether you have a CAD file, a physical sample or just a requirement, we plan the process with you.

More Than a Single Service
A physical part doesn't have to stop at one service. It can go through all of the steps below — or only the ones you need — to become reproducible.
From Engineering to Production
We manage every step of the production process under one roof, from design to end-use part. The five services below can be used individually or as a complementary whole.
3D Printing
FDM production, from prototype to end-use part.
CAD Design
Engineering models designed with manufacturability in mind.
3D Scanning
Precise digital measurement of existing parts and surfaces.
Reverse Engineering
From a physical part to production-ready CAD data.
Quality Control
Production reliability through measurement and verification.
We Don't Just Print — We Engineer the Part.
Before production starts, we evaluate the part's function, manufacturability and the right material together. Instead of sending a CAD file straight to the printer, we address details such as print orientation, support requirements and tolerances (the allowed dimensional deviation) up front — removing surprises from the production process.

From Prototype to End-Use Part
With FDM technology and engineering-grade material options, we deliver solutions for needs ranging from prototypes to functional production parts.
3D printing isn't only for prototyping — functional and end-use parts can be produced too. Fixtures, jigs, enclosures, brackets and auxiliary equipment for production lines are some of these part groups. With the right material and design choices, they can be produced economically in low and medium volumes.

Material Matched to the Application
Not every part uses the same material. The right choice depends on the load the part carries, its operating temperature, its environment and its tolerances. We produce with more than 10 options, from economical standard filaments to engineering-grade materials.
Where Our Parts Are Used
From automotive to custom manufacturing, we serve the engineering and production needs of different sectors. The industry may change, but the approach stays the same: design, material and production method are defined by the part's function.
Parts We've Produced
Examples from over 100 completed projects — parts we designed and produced for different industries and applications.
Automotive Bracket
A mounting bracket produced from an engineering plastic and required to carry mechanical load. Because only a low quantity was needed, it was produced without the tooling cost of a metal alternative.
Functional Enclosure
An enclosure designed to protect electronic components and produced with flame-retardant properties. The lid-to-body fit and cable entry points were revised at the CAD stage with manufacturability in mind.
Bodywork Component
A connecting part designed and produced for body integration. Because assembly tolerances were verified at the CAD stage, no revision was needed after production.
