We Turn Physical Parts into Digital Data.

Precise digitisation and measurement of parts, prepared for CAD work.

Scope

3D Scanning

We turn a physical part into digital data with 3D scanning, even if it has no technical data. We capture the part's real geometry with high accuracy — including complex surfaces, free-form shapes and geometry that is hard to measure by hand.

Digitising physical parts
Capturing complex geometry
Obtaining dimensional data
Processing point cloud and mesh data
Process

From Physical Data to a Digital Model

The process consists of a few clear steps from scanning to production. The point cloud is first converted into a mesh surface and then, if needed, into an editable CAD model.

Deliverables

What Do You Receive After Scanning?

What we deliver is agreed with you up front: scan data only (STL), or an editable CAD model reverse-engineered from it (STEP). You can ship your part to us with our contracted courier or bring it to our workshop by appointment.

STL
What It ContainsScan (mesh) data
When to Choose ItThe scanned surface geometry of the part. Enough for visualisation, archiving, dimensional comparison or direct 3D printing — but not suitable for editing dimensions in CAD software.
STEP (STP)
What It ContainsEditable CAD model
When to Choose ItA solid model reverse-engineered from the scan data, with editable surfaces and dimensions. Needed to revise the part, produce it with another method or create technical drawings.
Applications

Where It's Used

3D scanning is more than a standalone service — it's the first step of many processes: reproducing spare parts, dimensional inspection, bringing an existing design into CAD and detecting post-production deformation.
