EKSEN 3 BOYUT
About Us

Not a 3D Printing Shop — an Engineering Partner

Eksen 3 Boyut is an engineering team whose work is not only producing parts, but making them manufacturable and matching them with the right material.

We treat every part that comes to us as an engineering problem first, not just a production order. Before production begins, we clarify where the part will be used, what loads it will carry and what conditions it will face.

This approach goes beyond sending a ready file to the production line. We evaluate design, material selection and production method as a whole — revising the design or recommending a different material when needed. Our goal is for the produced part to perform as expected in real operating conditions.

Behind Eksen 3 Boyut is a team of 2 engineers. Our small team structure lets us approach every project directly from an engineering perspective, with no intermediaries and fast turnaround.

Why We Started

Design, Production and Quality Control — Under One Roof, Without a Package Deal

Bringing a part to life usually means going back and forth between a designer, a manufacturer and a measurement company. Information gets lost at every handover, lead times grow and responsibility is spread thin. We founded Eksen 3 Boyut to bring these three jobs into the hands of the same engineering team. But we don't force it as a package: you can take only the service you need.

Design Only

If you have an idea or a model that needs revising, we prepare a manufacturable CAD design. You can take the file and have it produced wherever you like.

Production Only

If you have a production-ready file, we go straight to production — supporting your file with small manufacturability suggestions where needed.

Scanning and Quality Control Only

We can scan your part to capture its digital data, or verify its dimensions against CAD data — it doesn't matter if the part was produced elsewhere.

What We Do

From Design to Production, One Process

From CAD design to material consulting, from reverse engineering to quality control — we're involved in every step of a part's production journey.

How We Work

Every project goes through the same disciplined process — from clarifying the need to delivery.

01
Understanding the NeedThe part's purpose, operating conditions and expected performance are clarified together. This step is the basis for every decision that follows.
02
Evaluating the Data or PartWe start from whatever you have — a CAD file, a technical drawing or a physical part. If there's no data, it's created with 3D scanning.
03
Design / RevisionThe part is adapted to the production method and material. Decisions such as wall thickness, tolerances and print orientation are made here.
04
Material SelectionThe right material is chosen according to the part's mechanical, thermal and environmental requirements.
05
ProductionThe part is produced with the defined material and parameters, and quality is monitored throughout.
06
Inspection and DeliveryWhere needed, the produced part is dimensionally verified with scanning and CAD comparison, then delivered.
