Privacy Notice (KVKK)

This notice explains how personal data collected through our website and contact/quote forms is processed under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ('KVKK'). The Turkish version is the legally binding text.

1. Data Controller

Your personal data covered by this notice is processed by Eksen 3 Boyut Mühendislik ve 3D Üretim Hizmetleri (Dumlupınar Mahallesi Delta Sokak 9/AB, Nilüfer / Bursa, Türkiye) as the data controller, in accordance with Law No. 6698 and within the scope described below.

2. Personal Data Processed

If you fill in the Contact or Get a Quote forms on our website, we process your full name, company name, email address, phone number, the project description, material/quantity/delivery information you provide and any CAD or image files you attach. Standard server logs (such as IP address, browser information and access time) may also be processed to a limited extent for the technical operation of the site.

3. Purposes of Processing

The data you share is processed only to evaluate your request (information or quote request), to contact you, to carry out quotation and contract processes, to manage an existing or potential business relationship and to fulfil legal obligations.

4. Legal Basis and Method

Your personal data is processed electronically via the forms on our website, based on the legal grounds in Article 5 of the KVKK: that processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract; that it is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms; and, where applicable, your explicit consent.

5. Transfers

Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be shared with legally authorised public institutions and, only where necessary and to the extent required by your request, with business partners we work with in the production process. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties for commercial purposes. The information and files you send through our forms are delivered to us by email via our corporate email service provider's infrastructure and stored there.

6. Retention Period

Your personal data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires, subject to the limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation; at the end of these periods it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. How to Apply

You can send requests regarding your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK by emailing info@eksen3boyut.com or by using the details on our Contact page. Requests are concluded as soon as possible and within the legal time limit at the latest.
